  • Great Dane Pale Ale

    This striking Pale Ale is brewed proudly as a no non sense beer for the pale ale enthusiast. Our noble ale features a well poised balance of Amarillo and Citra hops for its exceptional flavoring. Brewed to weigh in at 5.8 ABV and 45 IBU’s the Great Dane is our prizefighter & surely a top contender among Pale Ales.

    Flavors: Slightly malty, citrus, lemon, grapefruit.

    This victoriously hostile ale was inspired by the accomplished Viking warriors & their glorious eternal celebrations. Brewed with Warrior, Green Bullet & Simcoe hops, this exceptional IPA is sure to indulge; offering fierce hop bitterness, balanced malty sweetness and a dry finish. Like the chosen of Valhalla only the finest ingredients have entered.

    Our divine oatmeal stout pays homage to one of the world’s most renowned beer styles.     Our American Wheat Ale pays tribute to traditional methods of milling wheat and is inspired by our landmark windmill. Our unfiltered, citrusy, crisp, wheat ale offers a light to moderate wheat flavor with a slight malty sweetness, low hop bitterness and dry finish for any occasion.

    Flavors: Light wheat maltiness, dry citrus, low hop bitterness.

    Influenced by a guardian & keeper of balance, this easy drinking Amber ale combines European roots with West Coast influence; offering a well-balanced beer with medium maltiness, light fruitiness, caramel notes and moderate yet mutually supportive hop bitterness.

    Flavors: Malty sweetness, moderate caramel, fruity esters, slight citrus.

  • Sleepy Hollow Pumpkin Ale

    To celebrate Solvang Brewing Company’s 7th year anniversary, once agian our Brewers made a special IPA with malted RYE! Celebrate with us by enjoying and AnniversaRYE, rye IPA!

  • Helheim Black RYE I.P.A

    If Odin rules over Valhalla, then this Black I.P.A comes from Helheim. The opposite in color from our Valhalla I.P.A. this Black I.P.A. has a delicious roasted malt character that accentuates the aggressive Warrior hop notes while giving you a roasted, toasty hop driven finish.

  • Julefest

    This Winter Warmer Ale style known as Wassail is a traditional part of the European Christmas celebrations & dates back to the 13th century. This dark, spicy Ale is made with nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, oak, allspice, juniper berry, European malts, & specialty hops. Drink this Ale cold or piping hot!

  • The Full Nelson

    This Double Ipa is brewed entirely with Nelson Sauvin hops and is dry hopped with an additional 12-lbs. These hops are known for their amazing flavor and white wine character. They are very rare & sought after, only grown in a special location in New Zealand. We put the hurt on these hops and extracted every bit of flavor into our beer. Enjoy this unique FULL NELSON!
